HERMITS rugby
St. Augustine Prep Rugby has asserted itself as the dominant force in New Jersey Rugby over the last decade. The team has won 5 straight state championships in the spring 15’s season (2020/2021 were not played due to COVID) and 5 state championships in the fall '7’s season since 2015.

Coach Mike Gunn took over the rugby program starting with the fall 2023 7’s season. He was able to complete the New Jersey double winning State Championships in both the 7’s and 15’s season in his first year.
